No Words

Sometimes you simply have no words – no words to describe the sunset that nature has facilitated, no words to deal with emotions that have coursed through you in recent weeks with the associated upheavals, no words to share. So, this post is called “no words” because this time, they do not come together, they are strained and they are a little tired even though the weekend has not been busy and was supposed to be one of self-care. Things don’t always go as planned or provide the support you thought they would (in this case a yoga class) because you simply cannot get into the space you need.  Enjoy the photos, take time to breathe and enjoy the lack of words.

What do you think?
